Power cuts all day today have put me well behind. Restarting the coaching...

Okay, everything seems to have completed okay despite the extended and frequent power cuts, so I will be sending out the email turns this morning. Please check your club finances carefully as that part of the system was disrupted by one of the power cuts.

Thanks for the turns Paul, sorry to be a pain but I'm still having some stamina issues with some reserve/schoolboy players?  Some a lot worse than others?

 The NGBONUS and NCBONUS are now handled as Special Actions and carry over from week to week.
 Medical Centres can now have a manager code ME and he can have four budget areas :-
 1) Foot Expert - treats foot, ankle and achilles tendon injuries.
 2) Legs Expert - treats leg, knee and hamstring injuries.
 3) Back Expert - treats back strain injuries.
 4) Head Expert - treats head, nose and concussion injuries.
 Each expert becomes 100% effective with a wage of 50,000 a week.
 Experts are equivalent to using the SPECIALIST dealing code and at 100% effective are
 twice as effective as the SPECIALIST dealing. Experts also help prevent future injuries.

Couple of question's. 
Do you need to HIRE a Manager or is it a Special Action? 
ME - foot - 100% ? 
Or
BUDGET - 100% ?

Also, does the manager benefit the club he is hired at AND the clubs booked in? Or just the hired CLUB? 

Is specialist removed now?

Finances seem ok, but I've sent a PM about a couple of other things.

Also, good idea re NG NC Bonus...
And, also interested to know how to sort out the new Med Centre 'areas'...if they are at 100%, is that the same as using a 'world class' specialist (eg, reducing some injuries by 5+ wks)?

Havent had a chance to look at that since last week but its getting closer to the top of the to-do-list.

HIRE "somebody" ( from the HS report ) Medical Centre Manager 100% ( £1,000 ).
if you dont have an HS report you can let the system choose as its not a critical role.
BUDGET FOOT EXPERT 100% 
BUDGET HEAD EXPERT 100%

or

HIRE "somebody" MCM 100%
BUDGET MCM 100%


Specialist can still be used.

EXPERTS are World Class specialists yes, does the same job as SPECIALIST £1m.

A couple of reminders concerning recent changes.

1) You can not sign a new player if you do not space for him on your 50 man roster at the beginning of the week ( a fairly recent change since 50man squads was introduced ).
2) All sales to the non-league are at £zero, this includes AImanager and Unmanaged clubs. ( version 113 ).
