Overall happy with those - trying to bed in some new players at various clubs seems to be working to an extent... early days as we ramp things up to the new season!

I only have one line of each (ie Supporters Club - no location) for them apart from Sports Bars which seem to have disappeared completely?

Yep, that's a problem I can see...

Club Shop Subs, Internet Cafes, Sports Bars, Supporters Clubs and Theme Bars all condensed to 1 line (although Sports Bars are not even listed).
Profit for each single line is only the amount for 1 building, no members listed and any separate sponsorship money has gone too.
eg - I had 20 supporters clubs so profit should be 20x5k, plus hundreds of thousands of members in total, a couple were sponsored too.

As a result, Fin Matters shows buildings profits down by about £1m, and 'sponsorship' down by about £200k.
Also, on buildings list, the 'members' and 'building quality' columns are gone (I presume we still need to say wether we're building Bamboo or Indestruct?).

One last thing I noticed...in the Trophy Room, it normally names any friendly trophies you have won, but the Creme Egg glorious victory is not listed. Obvs, I don't give a monkeys', but it may lead you to a different, more annoying, problem?

There is a note on buildings - I think all buildings are now indestructible but can make them more than 100% efficient. Not sure on the supporters clubs though…

The system for handling buildings has changed for next season. There were 3 reasons for this 1) it was a very time heavy system to maintain 2) too many unfair advantages had accrued across the different variations of the old system where some players had 150 supporters clubs for instance but new players were only allowed twenty 3) some balance work was done to slightly reduce club incomes.

so 1) was addressed by removing building contractors, city locations and ccustomers. 2) was addressed by combining many into one 3) was addreesed by removing income from supporter clubs.

You should have got a good return on any investment you made with the old system with indestructible buildings returning 4 times the invested value back into the new building. You are also better off cos city competition no longer limits how many new fans/profits you can attract each week. No more repairing as well. Also if you close your supporter club or sell off all the equipment those fans that would have walked out will now stay, they are now fans for life.

This is a big financial change really...

eg. Internet Cafes. Presumably, you buy 1 and equip it to 100% for 150k for 15k profit/wk.
I had 7, now combined into 1 and my effectiveness is 106% for 15k profit/wk.
Similar story for Club Shop Subs, Supporters Clubs and Theme Bars. Sports Bars have disappeared altogether at the mo, but I presume that's just a reporting error...

If the profits/benefits are not going to be proportional to the building costs/equipment bought, then it means I've lost literally £100s of millions building all these things (Indestruct - for future proofing!) only to have them wiped out of existence...

I've (and others, I presume) spent many dealings building up the club assets (mostly over the last 2 seasons), and because I've built indestruct, it's a while before I'd start to see real profit over-and-above the actual cost of the building.

Hopefully (Probably!), I've got the wrong end of the stick, and you'll correct my ill conceived arguments!

I agree with the points raised, I personally was on the quest to make each club have the maximum amount of each, so i'm glad i can save on build/equip dealings! ha. 

I assume the effects of each building still benefits the club? E.g supporter clubs helps increase fan base?

These are new buildings so wont be fully effective until next week ( I did forget that would happen when I combined the original buildings ). So your only seeing income and sponsorship details from the one original building that is left standing. Next week will show the full conversion with all the income and any new sponsorship. 101% will double income double sponsorship 102% will show treble and so on.

Previously we have used 200% 300% etc but that only allows up to 999% which is not enough with 20 buildings to convert so I went with this version where 101% equates to 200% that way the system is pretty much unlimited.
