Email turns are all sent out.

I spent last week rewriting the system that allows me to rerun games and it is now working again so we can agin rerun games where I've made data entry errors that would considerably impact the result. However I have not yet finished writing the part of the system that allows the rerun program to use the players original skills so for the moment all reruns will use player skills as they are now, this effects mostly players who were injured in the original game as they will now be under skilled.
