Season 32 Week 9 processing...

The reset is underway...

No orders yet from Newcastle, all other Order Sheets arrived safely...

I'm about halfway through the data entry so I would expect the league games to kickoff at the normal time of 1000 hours Wednesday morning and we have some big this week...

WATFORD

This weeks game is a big'un! Watford Vs Charlton, not only 3 points on the line.. But always a test of the sides. Watford playing the PEB and Charlton playing the FRE tactic, similar in line-ups but main difference is the PM/BW... Will Rice be able to put Thiago in his place? Some interesting line-ups Mane/Cancelo... Jesus/Shaw... Robertson/Barnes. Bit of a twist from Watford usual 11 is that Sterling is dropped for the fully fit KDB... Sterling's output has been less then impressive. So for the league he see's KDB take his place at LW... Otherwise keeping the side settled in important for continuity in the league. Back at the summit of the table, need to remain there by any means necessary. 
Cup game Vs West Brom, always a potential for a Banana skin! A couple of changes see's Wan-Bissaka pick up some game time after being out injured, Ward Prowse, Sterling and Maddison all come into the first 11 to give the team some freshness to enable a strong challenge. 

GENK

After two 9-0 victories, its hard to imagine the manager wanting to change things.. But There was opportunity for improvements within the Squad Dembele left the squad for Mukiele, which leaves opportunity for Hzolek to shine now at his preferred CF role, with the support from Mahrez and Griezmann. A mini shuffle in midfield see's Camavinga swap from BW to DY .. Having scored 4 goals from BW, should be more suited to the Box-to-Box midfield role. Kessie come's in at BW to use his power in midfield to help recycle the ball to support the attacking players! Gravenberch returns to Anchor the midfield with Cabaye earning a deserved rest. Having been brought in as a Squad player has done extremely well when called on this season, 6 times already played and Sublime form! What's next for the Belgian outfit? More re-enforcements required? Where will Mukiele fit in? Kouliably?

LEVERKUSEN

Going from strength to strength in the league, after having a poor showing in front of goal for the first 6 games of the season. Team is starting to click, with a slight set back this week with injury to Milinkovic -Savic. However, Nainggolan came in last week and had an immediate impact. This weeks opponents are Cologne, with some very dangerous players on the books Ozil, Reus, Howedes and Durm. The team will have to keep up their fine form if intend to get anything from the game. Some players will find themselves listed this week to enable some more recruitment in the future. 

BOTAFOGO

Corinthians this week, which will prove a stern test for the PEP style of football for Botafogo. with the likes of Everton, Raphael, Ralf and Meyer all looking to cause problems for the Botafogo side who are still trying to rediscover the form that won them league title. This week see's Saul come into the side at DL, Lucas moves to RW to give a more clinical and experienced feel to the side. With Tete finally getting in on the goal scoring .. Too little to late, and will have to bide his time from the bench and in the cup games if to impress the manager to claim a first 11 place. 
As for the cup, Volta are the side standing in way of progression - Kazmirski, Tete, Galhardo and Schelotto come in for some game time to ease the burden on Neymar, Hulk and Fernandinho.

Schalke

Important away lge match v 2nd placed Berlin, so a solid display is expected with 3 AM across the midfield to counter the opposing TM. We'll see how that goes...
A home cup game with a change of tactic, it's the early rounds so a win is expected.
A few recalls of players that will be going on the list - just a bit of tidying really.

Great result Rob, Hannover more than ready to hold their own in the top league next season...

Happy with the big wins, however a tough game for Wolfsburg against Gladbach proved to be too difficult showing how they aren't ready for such a step up just yet!

Well if you want goals come watch Plymouth it seems - roll on the games tomorrow!
