Watford might be out of the cup competitions, but they have 6 finals to play between now and the end of the season! 
First up is Newcastle, who only a couple of turns ago beat City. So while Newcastle might be having some consistency problems, they certainly can't be taken lightly. Renato Sanches, Gareth Bale and Zlatan Ibrahimovic will certainly look to cause problems. Ainsley Maitland-Niles finds himself transfer listed this week, interesting to see where the versatile young Englishman finds himself. Watford remain unchanged from previous weeks. With Stamina not an issue due to only 1 game per week, the tried and tested front three of Grealish, Abrahams and Barnes remain in tact. Supported from midfield by non other then Maddison. Abrahams and Maddison have a combined 44 goals between them so far this season! Monstrous!

Genk almost managed to reclaim top spot last week.... 2 minutes from time and Anderlecht took the lead! However, Anderlecht have to play Mechelen Home and Away before the end of the season so there is still hope that they will drop some points... However, Genk need to focus on themselves with 3 competitions still to play for the squad is being stretched, injuries to Camavinga and Gravenberch last week see's cup regulars Dembele and Cabaye bought into the first team fold.. Veterans of the game they are going to struggle to play 90 mins x2 each week. So the specialist is called in to get the young wonderkids returned to fitness ASAP.  In the CUP game Vertonghen moves from CB to AM to give Cabaye a rest in midweek, but no such luxury for Dembele who is going to have to put that industrious engine to good use and manage his fitness. Noa Lang comes in at RW to give a break to Mahrez... Can't risk injury to such a marquee player with important games coming up!

Leverkusen have been consistent this season after having a slow start to the season and a change of formation, going from score 1 goal each game to a more fluid attacking style much to the fans delight! Things are finally taking shape for next seasons assault on the top, with El Shaawary departing this week gives great opportunity for Jamal Musiala to take over at RW, with high expectations.. No doubt he will deliver. Leipzig are this weeks league opponents, with evergreen Philip Lahm injured, leaves the goal scoring burden to Keissling who at 38 is a Veteran of the game. Injury to Milinkovic-Savic see's Nainggolan come into the starting XI with the manager absolute faith in his ability to run the middle of the park for the side. 
CUP game is against Frankfurt, who Leverkusen swept aside last week in Europe, so more of the same will be expected from the team, with only the stated changes to the side along with CUP regulars rotated in to keep things fresh.

Botafogo, played a seesaw game with Santos with spoils shared! So no closer to the summit of the table so attention might lay else were to gain glory in Rio. 
Injuries to both Casemiro and Lucas Moura slightly dent the credentials of the Brazlian outfit, however there is able cover in positions to help keep momentum. Victor Bobsin gets the nod in the league to deputise for Casemiro, and Matheus Tete gets the chance to shine at LW. Home game vs Sporting Internacional should be fairly routine... CUP game Vs Corinthians is a little more challenging to navigate, Everton Ribeiro, Max Meyer, Ralf Tele and Guilherme Arana looking to cause issues. Fernandinho drops deeper into the AM role, Llorente needs to be professional and ensure he isn't doing any extracurricular activities to ensure he is top shape for two games this week. Having already made a big impact since arriving in Rio, captains the side in the CUP and League this week....

Magic of the Cup, rotations don't impact the same as league games.

There's a big game in Italy this week where the leaders AC Milan entertain second placed Inter Milan in a six pointer that could decide the title race. Inter are last season's Champions and cannot afford to lose...

Huge week across all teams - can't afford to drop any points in Spain, Holland or Argentina. Plymouth have now settled on things for next season so need to see how they get on... Could be chaos, could be brilliant - who knows with this team!
